WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING/SHIPPING POLICY?

- House of Lottin ships via Canada Post, DHL, Fedex, Aliexpress. All packages can be tracked

-Processing  time is 1-3 days

- Total delivery time after processing : 5-10 days

Please note shipping may be delayed by carrier so please see updates and track through the tracking number and carrier website. 

- We do not ship on weekends therefore weekend orders go out the next business day. All tracking numbers will be sent to the emails and/or numbers associated with your order. 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT.. HELP!?

- Please contact your local post office with your tracking information, and/or call their carrier customer service number with tracking number and they should be able to help you out. Reach out to us within 24 house and we can help.

You can also let us know about the issue within 48 hours so we can contact the carrier as well but it is the customers responsibility to reach out to the carrier to find more information as soon as possible. 

AN ITEM(S) IS MISSING OR WRONG ORDER , WHAT TO DO? 

If there is something wrong with your order, you have 48 hours from the date it says delivered to contact us. 
Wrong order, What do I do?


In this event, we would be more than happy to help. Please make sure that the bag is not opened, tampered with or altered in anyway. The sticker on the package must not be taken off or altered in anyway. Secondly, you can then send us a picture of the package with the problem visible in the picture along with a description of what the issue is. Once we have gotten the pictures and description, we will contact you and provide a store credit.  Please note store credit is only given on the item and does not cover the shipping cost therefore customers are responsible for the shipping cost.
